In the proposed simple, disposable forced flow paper chromatographic device the main features of the separation like the analysis of time, separation power were improved. The chromatographic paper strips embedded into a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) block can be considered as an adsorption column, on which the liquid can be pumped. In a single device numerous separations can be performed in multiplex mode. On-capillary spectrophotometric detection is capable to detect the separated zones with good sensitivity.
