The paper presents the results of modeling of tensile deformation behavior of bulk nanostructured Ti VT1-0 processed by different ways of severe plastic deformation. SPD has been implemented by means of combined deformation consisting of equal-channel angular pressing and both direct and alternating high-pressure torsion. A model for simulation of the flow stress is introduced which considers both deformation by dislocation slip as well as by twinning, and which provides a satisfactory fit to the hardening behavior. Differences in the hardening characteristics between the different nanostructures can be attributed to differences in the microstructural parameters such as the dislocation densities in the cell interior and in the cell walls, the concentration of the deformation-induced vacancies, and the cell size.
