Regularities of the sorption of heavy metal ions on the natural zeolite (calcium heulandite) have been investigated. Relationships of the sorption of heavy metal ions as a function of the fraction size of test zeolites were obtained. The sorption values in static conditions for nickel, copper and zinc ions amounted to 5.9, 4.8 and 2.7 mg/g, respectively, making it possible to use zeolites as sorbents in the treatment of wastewater from electroplating facilities. The degree of wastewater purification in a filter with calcium heulandite medium amounted to similar to 90%.
