We conduct an investigation of the anomalous Josephson current through a ferromagnet (F)-semiconductor hybrid structure where two s-wave superconductors (S) are coupled with a F-two dimensional electron gas (2DEG)-F trilayer. There are both Rashba type and Dresselhaus type of spin-orbit interactions (SOI) in the 2DEG of the semiconductor layer. When the two types of SOI have equal strength, there exists a large anomalous supercurrent at zero phase difference in the Josephson junction even with the large mismatch of the Fermi wave vectors between the ferromagnetic metal and the semiconductor. Not only the 0 pi transition but also an arbitrary equilibrium phase difference can be achieved by tuning the strength of Rashba type of SOI electrically.
