In this paper, a class of fuzzy cellular neural networks with time delay in the leakage term and impulsive perturbations is investigated. By using the properties of M-matrix, the properties of fuzzy logic operator, eigenspace of the spectral radius of nonnegative matrices and delay differential inequality, we obtain some sufficient conditions ensuring the exponential stability of fuzzy cellular networks with time delay in the leakage term and impulsive perturbations. Our results are given in the form of M-matrix and extend the corresponding results without leakage delay or without impulse.
