BaTiO3 nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning. The morphology of synthesized BaTiO3 nanofibers was investigated under different heat treatment conditions. The phase transformations in BaTiO3 nanofibers were monitored using Raman spectroscopy. It has been found that the Curie temperature of BaTiO3 nanofibers increased to 220 degrees C, which is notably higher than the bulk BaTiO3 ceramics.
