Management of Needle Breakage Using Intraoperative Navigation Following Inferior Alveolar Nerve Block

This report describes a peculiar case of needle breakage during inferior alveolar nerve block to perform third molar extraction that was removed with the aid of a BrainLAB VectorVision neuronavigation system.
