The influences of electrode material, DC bias and temperature on the electrical and dielectric properties of LNMO ceramic have been investigated using impedance spectroscopy and dielectric measurements. Evidences from dielectric and impedance analysis showed that the giant dielectric constant and its notable tunability originated from extrinsic contribution from interface polarization. Low temperature and high frequency dielectric characterization revealed the low intrinsic dielectric constant. (C) 2015 Elsevier By. All rights reserved
