A new concept of polymer membranes filled with neodymium powder and magnetized (magnetic membranes) for an air enrichment, was applied. Membranes (mostly E with dispersed metal powder were cast in an external magnetic field of a specially designed coil (magnetic induction up to 0.04T). For final magnetization a strong field magnet of about 2T, was used. Experimental setup with a gas chromatograph for comprehensive measurements of the air separation properties, was used.
