We developed a facile fabrication method for highly transparent free-standing SWNT ultrathin films. The SWNT ultrathin films can be reproducibly exfoliated from the dense SWNT film on the filter by surface tension of deionized water, which were easily transferred onto PET substrates to make highly sensitive flexible chemiresistive sensors.
