The paper presents results of computer simulation and study of a special type of radiation induced bridge-like defects in carbon nanostructures. Some stable configurations of bridge-like bonding defects, which can be produced in carbon nanomaterials under fast particles irradiation, were constructed and investigated. The binding energy and structure characteristics of the defects in carbon nanotubes and in graphene have been determined utilizing well known semiempirical extended Huckel techniques.
