Monoethanolamine (MEA) is commonly used as a benchmark for solvent development within postcombustion CO2 capture. The physical properties data for this system 6 are scarce, especially for loaded solutions. In this paper new measurements of physical properties (density, viscosity, and E physical N2O solubility) of unloaded and loaded solutions are 2 presented. Available literature data were collected, and semi-empirical models were developed and shown to represent all experimental data very well.
