Valvular Heart Disease in Patients with Osteogenesis Imperfecta

Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) or brittle bone disease is a rare connective tissue hereditary disorder. The most common clinical presentation of OI is bone fractures. OI also involves extraskeletal structures; however, cardiovascular manifestations are rare.
