An Alternate Approach to Improving Healthcare Worker Influenza Vaccination Rates

Optimizing employee influenza vaccination rates has become a healthcare focus. We detail an approach involving a strong requirement for unvaccinated workers to wear a face mask and a superconvenient vaccination process.
