The signaling pathways induced in T lymphocytes by CXCR4-CXCL12 interaction, which lead to the cytoskeletal macro-rearrangements observable in migrating cells, are as yet largely uncharacterized. The aim of this review is to briefly summarize the current knowledge of the signaling machinery which controls the process of chernotaxis in CXCL12-stimulated T lymphocytes. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V.
