Five new eunicellin-type diterpenes were isolated from the soft coral Litophyton viscudium. The structures of the compounds were elucidated mainly on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis. Compounds exhibited cytotoxic activity against HL-60 with IC50 values of 4.2-50 mu M.
