Alkaloids from Aconitum barbatum var. puberulum

Three new diterpenoid alkaloids, puberulines A-C (1-3, resp.), and three new benzamide derivatives, puberulines D-F (4-6, resp.). as well as 16 known diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from Aconitum barbatum var. puberulum. The structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of spectral data (IR, EI-MS, HR-ESI-MS, HR-EI-MS, H-1- and C-13-NMR, DEPT, NOE, HMQC,H-1,H-1-COSY, HMBC, NOESY, and TOCSY).
