Great question, Wai! I'm pretty resilient to criticism. However, it depends on a few factors. For myself, constructive criticism and how it's delivered are key. I'm all about learning so I see constructive criticism as a means to learn. If it's judgmental, criticism then I try to avoid it or I don't engage in it. I also take into account what the criticism is and who it's coming from. In a nutshell, I try to look at criticism holistically.
