Diabetic nephropathy is the major cause of chronic kidney disease worldwide.The underlying pathology includes incread vascular permeability,protienuria,glomerular injury,accumulation of glycemic end products.Lifestyle modification along with rational mannagement of Diabetes and associated comorbidities is the treatment approach.
