Poster summary

The work reveals the high potency of the development of consumer-acceptable millet-based beverages. Millet is an alternative cereal suitable for the production of highly nutritious drinks of vitamins, iron, zinc, and phosphorus, among others. By this, value will be added to millet, creating ready market and jobs for local people.
