I transferred from POF and they said my paper is more inclined towards engineering applications. The review comments were quite professional and the review process was fast. It took half a month to find reviewers and another half a month for the review. Finally, they suggested submitting it here. After transferring, it was accepted on the third day. The review speed of the journal published by AIP is still good, it's fast and doesn't delay things.

It was later submitted to this journal, which has a very detailed and up-to-date manuscript status in the submission system.
