Posted in November 2019, updated as "Required Reviews Completed" until January 5, 2021. However, I still haven't received any review comments on my submission. I have never seen such inefficiency in a journal before! TUST really needs to establish a proper review system! I am truly speechless. The editors have a responsibility to monitor the progress of each manuscript!
