I wrote about 3400 words. Isn't this a journal of the "Letter" type? Why are all the articles on the official website labeled as "article" and most of them are around 5000 words? Please advise.

I don't know if anyone has encountered my situation:
I sent it to 6 reviewers, but they all declined.
Finally, I secured 2 reviewers, and it showed "all reviewers secured."
After more than 10 days, the associate editor sent it to 2 more reviewers, and it again showed "all reviewers secured."
What exactly is going on? Does anyone know?
