I have previously submitted an article, which went through major and minor revisions, and it took a total of 6 months to be published. In early April last year, I submitted another article, and received feedback for major revisions in July. In February of this year, I received feedback for minor revisions, but since then, I have not heard anything. Could it be related to the COVID-19 pandemic?
