Submit in December, two rounds of external review, each taking about three months, followed by a final review (feels like) minor revisions, which takes about half a month. Perhaps my writing direction is somewhat off, so the external review time is longer.
The editorial department operates slowly and procrastinates. If it weren't for me submitting the initial draft quickly, I might not have made it in time for the scholarship evaluation at the beginning of my third year of graduate school.

4. Second review was completed after one month and 20 days.
5. Two days later, the editor responded with minor revisions.
6. The revised manuscript for second review was submitted 7 days later.
7. Accepted notification will be sent 3 days later.
