The first batch of SCI papers were quickly rejected.
After being rejected, I was asked to transfer to SNAS. I checked and found that SNAS is neither SCI nor EI. Have any of you encountered this?

The initial submission had no progress for 5 months, so I emailed the editor and received a response saying that one of the reviewers had not reviewed it, causing a delay. Later, it was reviewed and completed in about 10 days, which was quite efficient. After major revisions, it took 2 weeks to be accepted.

The number of papers published by AMT has been consistently maintained at around 2000 per year. Last year, there were 1755 papers, and most of the accepted papers were at the level of Zone 3 or Zone 4. It is friendly towards Chinese researchers, as most of the papers published are by Chinese authors. However, it feels like this journal needs to exercise some control, otherwise, it may risk being blacklisted like IEEE ACCESS.

Overall, the speed is acceptable. There are two reviewers, one of whom provided satisfactory comments, while the other was not very professional. It is relatively easy to understand.
