My general process was as follows:
- Submitted on August 11, 2021.
- Rejected on August 13, 2021 (with a request to add experiments).
- Submitted again on October 6, 2021.
- About a week with the editor.
- Minor revision on December 9, 2021.
- Submitted again on January 4, 2022.
- About a week with the editor.
- Required review completed on February 14, 2022.
- Accepted on April 5, 2022 (this took a long time, almost 2 months, as it remained in the "required review completed" status. I was anxious at that time but could only wait). The final result was still good.
