Refused, a reply was given after a whole month.

PaperSeeker 2022-05-31

@fanzhe, may I ask what is your re-enrollment result?

liyuti 2022-05-17

After resubmission, the status of waiting for a decision will last for about five days, with minor adjustments given.

fanzhe 2022-05-10

Hello, may I ask if you have noticed any changes in the state of waiting for a decision during the 25 days you have been waiting again?

fanzhe 2022-05-10

Based on other comments, it seems like there are results in around 20 days after resubmitting for minor revisions. I have been waiting for a decision for 19 days, and it has been 5 days today. I have a feeling that the reviewer's comments are not favorable, and it seems like the handling of the minor revisions by the editor was done swiftly.

PaperSeeker 2022-05-10

I haven't had the time to make changes before. I just started making changes recently. You can send it over before mid-June.

fanzhe 2022-05-10

Have you made the changes and resubmitted it?

PaperSeeker 2022-05-10

It probably won't happen. Just wait patiently for a decision.

fanzhe 2022-05-10

Hello, based on your timestamp, have you been waiting for a decision for nearly 7 days? Recently, I received a rejection and resubmitted, and the waiting for a decision has lasted for nearly 5 days. Could it be that the experts' opinions do not agree? I feel discouraged.

17th Feb 2022 - Submitted
18th Feb 2022 - Under review
15th Mar 2022 - Awaiting decision

PaperSeeker 2022-03-21

First time submitting a short article, not well-written, trying to submit and see, waiting to see when the results will be released, recording the time:
17 Feb-2022 Submitted
18-Feb-2022 Under review
15-Mar-2022 Awaiting Decision

whoareyou 2022-03-11

Is it normal for the review time to be more than 20 days longer than the initial review after resubmission and still be under review?

whoareyou 2022-03-11

How are you doing now, may I ask?

whoareyou 2022-03-11

Recently, I feel everything is moving quite slowly. It has been nearly 50 days since I resubmitted, and it is still under review. This is much longer than the first time I submitted and waited for the review.

fanzhe 2022-03-07

Boss, how long did you take to renovate before you invested again?

zlj 2022-03-02

Posted on February 21st, it has been 10 days and I still haven't been assigned a reviewer. Didn't they say this journal is fast? Has anyone else experienced this situation?

菜鸡 2022-03-02

After submitting, the results came out in just one month, which required major revisions. There were four reviewers, some thought it was good, some pointed out numerous minor issues, and some identified major problems. We were given 75 days to make revisions and resubmit. After the modifications, the results were received in a little over a week, and the reviewers had no further comments, leading to acceptance. Then, we were given two weeks to submit the final version of the file.

witcher005 2022-01-28

I would like to ask everyone how long does it usually take for minor revisions to be given to the reviewer? It has been almost two weeks since I submitted the revisions and it is still listed as "Under review". I am very worried.

Submitted once for minor revisions in 2020, received in late August after submitting in mid-June, felt good about it.
Submitted again in 2021, felt like the editor was really responsible this time.
Submitted on August 4, 2021.
Rejected and resubmitted on September 8, 2021, with three reviewers providing four to five comments each, took two months to revise.
Submitted again on November 7, 2021.
Minor revisions on December 6, 2021, two reviewers had no comments, one reviewer provided four comments, which were basically the same as the major revision comments, they basically meant rejection. The editor suggested expanding the explanation to five pages.
Submitted again on December 21, 2021.
Accepted on January 17, 2022, but that reviewer still had three comments similar to before, mentioning insufficient innovation and unclear expression. The editor accepted it directly, and I truly felt that the editor was responsible, some reviewers are really not good.

Is there sharing between the CL and WCL submission systems? Especially, will it be detected if I resubmit to another one after being rejected?

more 2021-12-14

I feel sorry for you, but wouldn't it be better to change it into standard Chinese? Moreover, based on what you described, it's not a complete rejection, but rather a rejection with the opportunity to resubmit, indicating that there is still hope.

My initial draft was four pages, then it was rejected with the chance to resubmit, so I added another page on top of the original, making it five pages.

I feel sorry for you, but it's better to change it into standard Chinese.
I was the previous four pages, and then I added one page on the original basis, making it five pages. It is currently under review.

Unfortunately, I was rejected in the end. Another reviewer was added, so it was probably sent to arbitration. Let me talk about my lessons from this failure. I made significant changes for two months based on the reviewers' opinions. Due to length limitations, I had to delete a lot of the original content. It may have been a bit excessive, as the reviewers unanimously mentioned that although the article had improved significantly, the content was somewhat different from the original. Going through a new submission process is more fair (cry). Of course, the reviewers still provided some suggestions. It is probably due to my lack of ability. I have only had success with long articles before, so I still need to figure out how to modify short letters. Although the editor suggested that I revise the current version and resubmit, I don't really feel like continuing to submit to CL. I don't have much confidence in this article anymore, and there is not much depth left to explore. Good luck to other submitters. Maybe I will try CL again with my next paper. Let's go!

My application turned "Under review" this afternoon. Wish us good luck.

后撤不走步 2021-12-10

No results yet. The first time I submitted, there were four reviewers. Only one gave positive feedback, while the others didn't explicitly reject it but provided many comments. After making revisions, it took about 3 weeks for it to be under review again, and then it remained in the "awaiting decision" status for about 18 days. Two days ago, it changed to "awaiting reviewer assignment," but today it just changed back to "under review." It's unclear what the situation is exactly, but I suspect that there may be significant differences in the reviewers' opinions, so they might have sought a fifth reviewer for arbitration.

more 2021-12-10

Have you been "Awaiting Decision" for 20 days now? Is there still no result?
I had a paper that was rejected and resubmitted, but out of the three reviewers, only one thought it was good. The other two said it was not acceptable. After making the revisions and sending it back, it has been "Awaiting Reviewer Assignment" for five days now. Previously, when I submitted to this journal, the process was much faster. I wonder if the journal intentionally slowed down the pace or if papers with conflicting opinions like this take more time.

后撤不走步 2021-12-10

Okay, because currently my experience and abilities are limited, from this experience of editing, I feel that I am not very adapted to the letter. Due to limited space, it requires good innovative points and a concise summary of the article. Therefore, if it is rejected, my first choice might be to rewrite it as a longer article. Currently, I am thinking of submitting it to a Journal in a relevant direction of IEEE.
