If we publish based on a first-come-first-served basis, it may result in a large number of articles from a particular research direction in each issue. Therefore, we can only delay the publication of some articles and arrange them in other issues. If there are a lot of submissions in your research direction, they will be published later, and if there are fewer submissions, they will be published faster. Understand?
