A few days ago, I reviewed a paper and gave it an "accept" decision. I noticed another reviewer also gave it an "accept" decision, and the next day it showed as accepted without any revisions. Apparently, for manuscripts with conclusive conclusions, the editor-in-chief processes them quickly. However, for papers with conflicting opinions that can be rejected or revised, we can only wait for the editor-in-chief to have free time to thoroughly review them and make a final decision.
