First of all, this journal is listed in SSCI, JCR official website, and Chinese Academy of Sciences' division. However, LetPub shows that it is not included in JCR, which is quite strange. I found on the JCR official website that it is ranked Q2 in the field of social sciences.

According to Springer's official introduction, it is indexed in SSCI and AHCI, with an impact factor of 2.731. It is an open-access journal that charges 1240 euros or 1590 US dollars. They strive for a quick review process, and the editors will evaluate your manuscript for peer review within approximately ten working days.
