Not SCI. All ESCI journals have been given impact factors for 23 years to promote competition. Although journal papers can also be searched in WOS, the journal is only ESCI and not SCI, nor does it have JCR classification. Only those journals included in SCI and SCIE databases are considered SCI journals.
