I recently reviewed manuscripts for this publication. In fact, the efficiency of the editorial department is not considered slow. (1) On January 19th, I received the invitation to review the manuscript, and on February 8th, I submitted my review comments. On February 11th, the editor-in-chief notified me of the final decision on the manuscript, which indicates that the turnover time at the editor-in-chief's end is less than a week. As for the slowness mentioned by others, it is mainly due to the reviewers. The editorial department has set a deadline of 21 days to submit comments, but if they don't submit, the editor-in-chief can't do anything about it. Maybe this magazine is not well-known, and the reviewers are not very motivated! (2) Waiting for 10-15 days with the editor is normal for this magazine. It's not a top-tier publication, and the editorial department may not have enough staff to immediately find reviewers. But as long as it goes through the review process, the acceptance rate is not low, so don't worry. Just be patient! This is for reference only, haha.

Feeling frustrated, I will record my submission process.
Submitted on 21.9.22.
On 21.11.3, I sent an email to the editor to remind them.
On 21.11.4, it was under review.
On 22.2.7, I sent another email to remind them while it was still under review.
On 22.2.8, I received a reply saying that they had previously contacted a reviewer who was unavailable, and today they found a new reviewer to see if they agree or not.
On 22.2.8, it is still under review. It has been almost half a year, so I recommend those who are in a hurry to graduate not to submit because they may really not be able to find reviewers.
