May I ask which email address should I use to send a reminder email to the moderator of this journal? Or should I use the "send e-mail" feature in the submission system? From what I can see, the submission system only allows for requesting an extension for revisions and uploading files.

Hired on February 16th. The second review took a bit long, as one reviewer did not respond with feedback for a long time, and finally did not reply at all. The editor-in-chief made the decision directly and accepted it.

The second revision has been going on for 5 months now. One reviewer has not responded with any comments and despite being reminded twice, there has been no outcome. The editor has been waiting for this reviewer and does not know until when they have to wait. Others who submitted their work on the same day went online on July 6th, but it is already November 16th and I still have no results. It is exhausting to wait.
