1. The review process is very fast, with the first review results available in 2-3 weeks. The major revisions are required to be completed within a week, and once the significant revisions are submitted, the paper will be directly accepted for publication. It will be published in April. The speed is amazing.
2. Regarding the review comments, it's not that I think there is a problem with the negative feedback, but that reviewer clearly didn't read the paper carefully before criticizing it without understanding the main work done in the paper.
3. The editor is very good, and it seems that they also noticed the inappropriate behavior and comments of the first reviewer, so they gave the opportunity for revision instead of rejection.
4. As for the journal itself, although it comes with sarcasm in its name, the rejection rate of Energies is really not low. In the past two years, I have seen many rejections around me. If you want to talk about the quality of the articles, comparing a third-tier journal with a first-tier journal is obviously not appropriate.
I am just an ordinary researcher, and I have published in both third-tier and first-tier journals. These opinions are for reference only, please do not criticize.

When the feedback from the first reviewer came back, the editor sent me an email asking me to make the necessary changes based on the feedback. The initial revision took about a month, with two minor revisions and one major revision. The major revision was given a week for submission after the changes were made. Some reviewers provided very detailed and specific suggestions, with more than ten points. However, some reviewers seemed to be in a bad mood and mentioned that they had difficulty accepting the conclusion of my article, but their feedback was only a few general sentences, making it difficult to make the necessary changes. The editor was very efficient and quickly accepted the revised version. I had to make a bank transfer (2000CHF) which the journal confirmed upon receiving and sent a confirmation email. The next day, the status on the website was updated to "online". The publication process was smooth. They give you five days to make the payment, and it must be received within that time frame. If you cannot guarantee this, you can sign a payment commitment letter, which the editor will send to you via email (the editor's efficiency is high). Signing the letter allows for a one-month extension for payment, and the article will be published beforehand. Overall, this journal works at a fast pace, and I would recommend it to those in urgent need of publishing their articles.

Although people think it is a low-quality journal, it should be enough to graduate. The fee is CHF2000, and the school is a member, so there is a 10% discount.
