I submitted it on November 27th last year and still haven't received any response. I went through two rounds of revisions. With this editor, each round takes 10 days. There were 6 reviewers in total: 4 major revisions, 1 acceptance, and 1 rejection. After the first round of revisions, 3 reviewers accepted it, the one who rejected it still rejected it, and 1 reviewer did not respond. After the second round of revisions, it was sent to two reviewers. One accepted it the next day, while the other is still taking their time. I guess it's the same reviewer who rejected it. The whole process took about 5 months, with a few days difference. One of the editors is from South Korea.

The delay in receiving the review may be a preference message, indicating that the reviewer does not have any difficulties, but also does not want to let you off easily, so they can only extend the deadline.
