PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases publishes research devoted to the pathology, epidemiology, prevention, treatment and control of the neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), as well as relevant public policy.

The NTDs are defined as a group of poverty-promoting chronic infectious diseases, which primarily occur in rural areas and poor urban areas of low-income and middle-income countries. All aspects of these diseases are considered, including:

Pathogenesis

Pharmacology and treatment

Vaccinology and prevention

Verified Reviews
Note: Verified reviews are sourced from across review platforms and social media globally.
I have previously submitted an article, which went through major and minor revisions, and it took a total of 6 months to be published. In early April last year, I submitted another article, and received feedback for major revisions in July. In February of this year, I received feedback for minor revisions, but since then, I have not heard anything. Could it be related to the COVID-19 pandemic?

Time is very slow, there are a lot of opinions and they are very fair, not suitable for students who have just graduated and are in urgent need, but the professionalism of the journal is still good.
