Submitted on April 1st, they said it would be sent for review on April 12th. Then in early July, they sent an email saying they received the review comments this month. However, on July 25th, they asked for a confirmation page fee of 2500 euros. Previously, they asked for a scanned copy of the page fee confirmation, which was 1300 euros. I also inquired about the editorial fees and whether they received the review comments, but there was no reply. Later, they told me that the paper was missing an abstract and asked me to complete it for submission. It was clearly included, and they said I would receive the review comments in July, but it hasn't been sent for review yet. Each email from the editor is different, and I feel deceived. I have been waiting for 3 months. Their work seems very disorganized and unprofessional. When I had questions, they avoided answering them. The page fee has increased a lot now, it's 2500 euros. If you have money and time to spare, you can submit. Usually, they will ask you to submit a letter if you initially submitted an article.
