Another submission was made in April 2022. After over a month, it came back with one reviewer suggesting not to publish it. However, the editor gave the opportunity for major revisions. The revised version was sent back at the end of August, and it was accepted three days later. The quality of the revised manuscript and the response letter is crucial. The response letter should be half the length of the manuscript and the tone should be sincere. After the editor's review, it may be directly accepted.

Posted on November 24, 2021, the manuscript was reviewed and returned for revisions in less than a month. The revised manuscript was uploaded on January 14, 2022, and directly accepted on January 17. This might be because the response letter for revisions was supplemented with detailed information and conveyed a sincere attitude. It seems that the editor agreed to accept the revisions without sending it for further review.
