Aims and Scope

The Society’s Field of Interest is “Devices, equipment, techniques and systems related to broadcast technology, including the production, distribution, transmission, and propagation aspects.” In addition to this formal FOI statement, which is used to provide guidance to the Publications Committee in the selection of content, the AdCom has further resolved that “broadcast systems includes all aspects of transmission, propagation, and reception.”

The upgraded version of Zone One topped the list. As for the direction of navigation positioning, I tried this journal three times. The process from submission to review was fast, but the time for reviewers to provide feedback was unpredictable, sometimes fast and sometimes slow. The first two submissions were rejected after three months of review, and one of them required a reminder before receiving feedback. The third submission felt innovative, but it was still rejected after one and a half months of review. Overall, the two reviewers were fast, as reminders could be sent if feedback was not received within two months. It's time to say goodbye to this journal.

Submitted on November 9, 2020, response for revisions received on January 4, 2021, finalized and submitted on February 9, 2021, and accepted on February 24, 2021. The overall speed was very fast, without any delays, and the reviewer's comments were also quite professional.
