Are you a troll? It's all you talking. Moreover, Food Frontiers claims to be at the forefront of food, but most of it is biased towards nutrition. It should be called Food Nutrition. And there are very few articles on food technology, even fewer on food biotechnology. Looking at it, most of the Chinese papers are from the five founding schools, very few from other schools. Many of the high impact factors come from self-citation. You are the one saying all this in many of the comments.

After reading the articles that have been published now, those who are inclined towards nutrition can give it a try, after all, it has a high impact factor, but there is a risk. The self-citation rate is high, and after receiving payment by the end of 2023.12.31, it may not be the same.
