Overall, it went relatively smoothly, but unfortunately, there is a page fee of $2000 for the OA submission.

Does anyone have submitted to this journal after September 2020? It is said that there is a page charge. I don't understand, what does it mean? Can someone interpret it? It seems that only gold open access is available, can I still publish if I don't choose open access? I realized this issue only after I submitted.
