The reason for rejection was only one, which is that it did not align with the journal's scope.
If it didn't meet the criteria, why not reject it sooner! It took so long to reject. Be cautious when submitting if you want to graduate!!
Return to the second review after 7 months, minor revisions.
Accepted after 20 days.
The journal is not bad, but the review process is really slow. Excluding the time I took for revisions, it took nearly 1 year from submission to acceptance. Fellow researchers in urgent need of publication should be cautious when considering submitting to this journal.
