The journal is very slow, and it feels like the relationships here are very complicated. After all, it is edited by Chinese people in the mining field, which is understandable. If you are in a hurry to graduate or urgently need a paper, be cautious about submitting it. If you are not in a hurry, you can give it a try, but it's too slow. My submission experience is as follows for your reference:

December 28, 2020: Submitted the paper.
July 13, 2021: Received the first-round review comments.
August 10, 2021: Returned the revised manuscript to the editorial office.
January 3, 2022: Received the second-round review comments and was provisionally accepted.
January 10, 2022: Returned the revised manuscript to the editorial office and waiting for further updates.

2022.4.26 Withdrawn
The speed was too slow, so I sent two reminder emails to the journal editorial office and one reminder email to the handling editor. The journal editorial office replied with a template response, and Ran**** completely ignored it.
Therefore, I applied for withdrawal. Surprisingly, the response was very quick, and within 6 hours of sending the withdrawal letter, I was informed that the article had been removed from the submission system.
