July submission, September acceptance, the initial speed was acceptable, and the two reviewers were relatively friendly.
However, after acceptance, the processing speed slowed down. It has been a month in the production department and there has been no progress. When inquiring via email, they mentioned delays but even after urging, there has been no progress.
Has anyone encountered this situation before? How should I reflect, urge, or complain to make progress?

The journal development and efficiency are very good, especially the peer review process where authors can see every step and procedure. The annual acceptance rate for each section is less than 50 articles, indicating a guarantee of quality. The only drawback is the high publication fee of $2500. The author finds the peer review process on this website very comfortable and likes this journal a lot. The review process is fast, and the editors are diligent. Many reviewers are foreigners who are professional and responsible. Additionally, the reviewers for each article can be seen later on. Therefore, it is recommended that everyone with good articles should give it a try, the only problem being the low number of publications per year.
