The programme aims to provide venture capital to high growth potential businesses which have developed innovative products or services. The selected fund managers consider it a priority that the product and service development projects to be funded in the programme should relate to one of the sectoral or horizontal priorities and smart technologies identified in the National Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3).
