Interesting findings. "Results showed that overall individuals playing a musical instrument (independent of their musical achievement) may have a somewhat increased risk for mental health problems, though only significant for self-reported mental health measures." But not causal from music but from other environmental factors.
Sustainability is key. "Findings have implications for public health and the development of effective strategies to improve the dietary habits of children of disadvantaged families. Sustainable changes to dietary habits for families on low-income requires policy responses to low income, food access and to the high cost of healthy foods."
Many considerations for low income areas to develop access in a multitude of ways. "The presence of public PA facilities and participation in public PA programs are environmental correlates that may be relevant for designing effective public health interventions to reduce social inequalities in leisure-time PA among adults in low-income areas."
As expected with the benefits of certain variables. "The time spent walking, job type, and posture during work were independently associated with the reduced incident CRC risk among Japanese men and women."
It showed the need to adapt to telehealth and how that was new territory.
"Findings suggest a need for better coordination of public health measures and professional services, which would have eased clinicians’ stress and facilitated an earlier transition to telepractice. Fostering an organization’s learning climate may improve organization’s resilience in response to emergency situations."
